RETURNS & EXCHANGES
More than anything, our goal is to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, as we all know, things don't always go as planned. And as much as we would like to say that everything will be perfect, it would be foolish and naive. All we can simply say is - your happiness is our happiness.
With that in mind, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, kindly let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel and we will immediately attend to the matter, and reach a solution that is favorable.
Our return policy is pretty straightforward, and they are as follow:
- Product(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery;
- Customer to cover the return shipping costs, and our initial shipping costs, if free shipping was provided;
- Product(s) must remain unused, and in their original condition and packaging;
- Item(s) bought on Sale cannot be returned;
- Important to let us know of a return, as we work with multiple warehouses, we will need to advise you of the return address.
We take great pride in making sure our packages are packed with the utmost care and attention, however, sometimes things do happen in transit that's beyond our control, and we do apologize in advance for the inconvenience caused.
In the event of such mishap, simply contact us immediately and we will attend the matter to your satisfaction.
When we have received your order and payment, a confirmation email will be sent out to you. If an order has been received prior to 1 pm Monday to Saturday, we will endeavor to have the order shipped out to you on the same day.
If for reasons we're unable to ship your order on the same day, we will advise you accordingly. Some of the reasons for a late dispatch are as follow:
- Orders received on Sundays will be shipped the following day;
- Orders received on Public Holidays will be shipped on the next working day;
- Because of the nature of certain items, such as their fragility and size, extra attention to packaging and crating will be required, and which may result in a following day dispatch;
- As we work with multiple distributors and warehouses, in order to get you the lowest prices, shipping of certain items may take a little longer.
Please bear with us, should there be any inconvenience. We do understand the immediacy, and know that we will work tirelessly to have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible.
We will ship your order as soon as possible without delay, when in stock. However, please note that there may be processing delays during sale events and/or other peak periods.
Delivery approximately takes between 6 to 8 business days once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. External circumstances (such as custom process) may increase delivery time, and unfortunately these situation are out of our control.

We are more than happy to gift wrap your purchase for you. Simply advise accordingly in the comments field when you place your order. In making it a more personal experience, kindly include information such as recipient's name and the special occasion, so that we can wrap to suit.
Please note there are some items that we won't be able to provide this service, and in most occasions this is because of the size of the item. However, we will advise you should this be the case.
Unfortunately, as much as we would love to, we're unable to provide free gift wrapping for items on sale.
Some of the products we stock are perfect for Corporate Events and Staff/Client gifts etc. Should you wish to purchase certain items in large quantities please contact us to discuss about pricing and delivery arrangements. We have a number of items that can be customized with prints and logos etc.
